製品紹介

MB3180、MB3280、MB3480は標準的なModbusゲートウェイで、Modbus TCP、およびModbus RTU/ASCIIのプロトコルの間で変換を行います。最大16のModbus TCPマスターを同時でサポートできます。最大31のRTU/ACSIIスレーブをシリアルポートごとにサポートできます。RTU/ASCIIマスターについては、最大32のTCPスレーブがサポートされます。シリアル ポートを介したルーティングは、IP アドレス、TCP ポート番号、または ID マッピングによって制御できます。TCPポートによるシリアルポートルーティング IP アドレスにより最大 4 つの TCP クライアント/マスター (MB3280/MB3480 モデル) のアクセスが可能になり、ID マッピングによるルーティングにより最大 16 の TCP クライアント/マスター (MB3180/MB3280/MB3480) のアクセスが可能になります。

 

標準的なModbusネットワーク統合

3つの標準的なMGate™モデル（MB3180、MB3280、MB3480）は、Modbus TCPとRTU/ASCIIのネットワークを簡単に統合するために設計されています。これらのモデルでは、Modbusシリアルスレーブデバイスは既存のModbus TCPネットワークにシームレスに組み込むことができ、Modbus TCPスレーブはシリアルマスターにアクセスできるようになります。MB3180、MB3280、MB3480は、ネットワークの統合を簡単かつカスタマイズ可能のものにし、ほとんどすべてのModbusネットワークとの互換性を確保できる形で、様々な機能を提供しています。

 

高密度でコスト効率の高いゲートウェイ

MGate™ MB3000ゲートウェイは、高密度のModbusノードを同じネットワークに効率良く接続できます。MB3280は最大62のシリアルスレーブノードを管理でき、MB3480は最大124のシリアルスレーブノードを管理できます。各RS-232/422/485シリアルポートは、Modbus RTUまたはModbus ASCIIの操作のため、そして異なるボーレートのために、個別に設定できます。そして、これにより1つのModbusゲートウェイを通じてネットワークの両方のタイプがModbus TCPに統合されます。

 

簡単な設定のための自動デバイスルーティング

Moxaの自動デバイスルーティング機能を利用すると、多数のModbusデバイスを設定する必要のあるエンジニアが直面する多数の問題や不便性を排除できます。マウスを1回クリックするだけで、スレーブIDルーティングテーブルをセットアップし、Modbusゲートウェイを設定することにより、SCADAシステム（（監視制御とデータ取得）のシステム）からのModbusリクエストを自動的に検出するようにできます。スレーブIDルーティングテーブルを手動で作成しなくても済むようにすることにより、自動デバイスルーティング機能はエンジニアの時間と費用を激減します。
